Childbirth
is very demanding physically and can give rise to strong emotional
experiences. Yoga can give a powerful support at this time of changing
responsibilities.
It
can bring health and a sense of lightness into every level of your being
– physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
Postnatal yoga is gentle and therapeutic. It will increase your general health and
fitness and energy levels. As well as becoming stronger, more toned and
supple, you will feel more calm and confident. Classes combine exercise
to improve posture, strength and vitality with rest and relaxation and
gentle stretches for the babies.
Relaxed and friendly classes allowing for babies to be fed, changed cuddled or
sleep, whatever their needs, suitable for mums and their babies up to
eight months old.
